Frequently Asked Question

1. Connect your PC to the Internet and navigate to http://www.witherbyconnect.com.
2. Log in to your account, and then select the Offline Mode option from the menu.
3. Open the 'Developer Tools' pane by pressing CTRL + Shift + I on your keyboard.
4. Locate the Application option in the tools pane.
   • Note: If this option is not visible, click the >> button to open a dropdown menu for additional options.
5. In the 'Application' tab, expand the Cache Storage section on the left-hand side.
6. Select the folder labelled offline-cache-v34.... The details of the files stored in this folder should appear on the right-hand side.
7. Scroll to the bottom of the list and and you should see a 'Total Entries of 399'.
