Troubleshoot - Reviewing Offline Mode Files

- Connect your PC to the Internet and navigate to http://www.witherbyconnect.com.
- Log in to your account, and then select the Offline Mode option from the menu.
- Open the 'Developer Tools' pane by pressing CTRL + Shift + I on your keyboard.
- Locate the Application option in the tools pane.
- Note: If this option is not visible, click the >> button to open a dropdown menu for additional options.
- In the 'Application' tab, expand the Cache Storage section on the left-hand side.
- Select the folder labelled offline-cache-v34.... The details of the files stored in this folder should appear on the right-hand side.
- Scroll to the bottom of the list and and you should see a 'Total Entries of 399'.
