To start an installation of the offline mode this should be done automatically by visiting https://www.witherbyconnect.com and login in your usual way. If you then click 'Offline Mode' from the left hand menu bar.

The Caching of the files should begin automatically. After a successful install you should have a screen similar to the one shown below.

Further Troubleshooting

• What to do if my Cache Files Freeze?
  It may look like your cache has frozen but some of these files may take a little while to download when you have a poor internet connection. If after 15 Minutes your file total has not changed your connection may have dropped during the download. Witherby Connect > Offline Mode > Troubleshoot > Reviewing Offline Mode Files
