Frequently Asked Question
There could be many reasons you are unable to login to Witherby Connect. If in your browser you input you login details and click 'Login' but nothing happens
This could mean that your do not have an active internet connection or you are possibly using an old version of your Browser. *Note Witherby Connect should work in most modern Web Browsers. It will not work in Internet Explorer. Please see Help Topic Witherby Connect > Online Mode > Troubleshoot > Check and Update Browser
Login Fail Prompt
If you are getting a Prompt advising that 'Login failed. If you closed your browser instead of logging off, you may need to wait up to two minutes to reconnect. This user account may also be already connected from another PC. In this case, please log-off first from this other PC then try again.'
This usually happens when you are currently logged into Witherby Connect on another machine or rather than logging out of Witherby Connect you have just closed the window/tab. You may need to wait a few minutes before trying to sign in again.
