My book content is not displayed, just a blank screen

When there is an update on the server, if the update fails for any reason on the client machine, the browser sometimes stays in an invalid state between the old and the new version. This means that the reader controls are displayed or partially displayed, but not the book itself.
The solution is simple:
- Go to the page that fails/should display a book (the URL link will be something similar to https://www.witherbyconnect.com/webviewer/aaabbccc, but will vary depending on the title).
- Press Ctrl-Shift-i.
- Select the Network tab:
- Select disable cache:
- Refresh the page (press F5 or ).
- Wait until the eBook fully loads. Depending on the strength of your internet connection, this may take some time.
- Unselect disable cache:
- Press Ctrl-Shift-i.
The problem should be fixed.
